Dear brothers and sisters,
Last week I had the opportunity to make an office trip to Spain as part of the General Postulation. The visit was brief but very intense. I will share with you just a few of the main points:
I visited the office of the Vice-Postulation, which is now directed by Sister Maria Angeles Infante, FdC. Thanks to the sacrificial service of all the previous vice-postulators, it was possible to realize what was desired: on October 13, 2013 in Tarragona (Spain) and on November 11 in Madrid, three groups of martyrs from the years 1936-1937, the time of the Spanish Revolution, were beatified.
More information on the lives of the blessed can be found here:
Another important part of the trip was the meeting with the Episcopal Delegate for the Causes of Saints of the Archdiocese of Madrid, Don Alberto Fernández Sánchez. We discussed with him the current status of the case for the recognition of a miracle through the intercession of the Venerable Mother Justa. We pray that the case will have a positive outcome and that the example of the life and virtues of the Venerable Mother Justa will shine even more brightly in the Church.
We have discussed the possibility of spreading the cult of our blessed martyrs in Spain and elsewhere. Each of the blessed martyrs bears witness with his life to the love of Christ and his Church. The life of each of them is a path of sanctity confirmed by the authority of the Church. We are making every effort to make the world aware of the brilliance of their sanctity.
Thanks to the trip, the office of the General Postulator in Rome has received the relics of our blessed Spanish martyrs. Those who wish to receive the relics for public worship are asked to follow the instructions available on the Postulator’s website for their possible reception (Form for Requesting the Relics):

Finally, I ask all of you to pray that all the projects and ideas may be realized.
