The new issue of Nuntia, the official bulletin of the Congregation of the Mission, is now available. In this missionary month, the editorial recalls the heart of our vocation: to be sent to listen to the cry of the poor, to recognise the face of Christ in them and to rekindle, with creativity and evangelical courage, the flame of mission.
In the pages of this issue:
a meditation on the Common Rules: embracing poverty to evangelise the poor, living in communion of goods and good administration in the service of the mission;
reporting on the Superior General’s visit to the Eastern Province and his meetings with the Vincentian Family;
from the General Curia, the presentation of the new Assistant General;
the launch of new missionary presences and the steps of formation, with the Master’s Degree in Vincentian Studies (SIEV) and courses dedicated to the Vincentian Family.
We invite our confreres to read, meditate on and share Nuntia in their communities and with the Vincentian Family, so that the communion and apostolic zeal that unite us in the same calling may grow.
